Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

By using PetWise (https://petwise.crushjs.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

General information, not veterinary advice

Our calculators and articles provide general estimates and educational information about pets. They are not veterinary advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and they don't replace an examination by a qualified veterinarian. Every animal is different. Always consult your veterinarian about your pet's health, diet, breeding or possible poisoning, and seek emergency care when your pet is unwell.

No warranty

We work to keep our calculators accurate, but the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that results are error-free, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetWise and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its results, including veterinary costs or harm to any animal.
